Before beginning the application process, we suggest you review our credit/background check policy. Credit/Background Check Information

Depending on the version of Adode PDF reader you have, the easiest way to complete the form is to
1. Open the file in your browser by clicking on the below link.
2. Save the PDF to your computer.
3. Open the PDF file from your computer.
4. Then complete the form in one of the following ways
      a) Print a form to complete manually or
      b) fill in fields, then print and sign manually or
      c) fill in fields, sign electronically and save the completed form

Application form in PDF format

The process can be handled on-line or off-line:Step 1:
Off-line: a) manually complete the application form
b) return the application form with a copy of your driver's license and proof of income, such as last 2 pay stubs
c) pay the non-refundable application fee with a check
On-line: a) Complete the form using one of the above Adobe PDF management methods,
b) Save the completed/signed file or scan the completed form,
c) Scan a copy of your driver's license and scan a copy of proof of income, such as last 2 pay stubs (or take a picture of these items) and
d) Email the completed application form and supporting documentation to us as attachments. Send Email
e) Pay the non-refundable application fee of $50 per applicant by Credit Card or PayPal account, using this link Pay online Note: Name used to pay must be one of the applicants

Step 2:We will run the credit/background check and notify you whether your applicaion is accepted or not.

Step 3: If we have other applicants, this must be done within 24 hours of notification of passing the credit/background check to hold the property.
Off-line: (this could be done when you complete the application form (Step 1)a) Manually complete the 'hold property' form (we can email you a filled in copy for your signature)
b) provide a check for the hold/security deposit fee
On-line: a) Complete the 'hold property' form (we will email you a filled in copy for your signature) using one of the above Adobe PDF management methods,
b) Save the completed/signed file or scan the completed form,
c) Email the completed form to us as an attachment.Send Email
d) Pay the 'hold property fee' by Credit Card or PayPal account, using a link we will email you. Note: Name used to pay must be one of the applicants

Step 4: Before move in.
Off-line: a) Manually complete the 'early move in' form (if appliciable), lease and other documents (we can email you filled in copies for your signature)
b) provide a check for the appropriate amounts for the early move in and/or 1st month rent
On-line: a) Complete the 'early move in' form (if appliciable), lease and other documents (we will email you filled in copies for your signature) using one of the above Adobe PDF management methods,
b) Save the completed/signed files or scan the completed forms,
c) Email the completed form to us as an attachment. Send Email
d) Pay the the appropriate amounts for the early move in and/or 1st month rent by Credit Card or PayPal account, using a link we will email you. Note: Name used to pay must be one of the applicants

Step 5: We will provide you a key to the condo and ,if desired, do a walk-thru of the condo to answer any questions you may have about operation of equipment/appliances.
